RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Any item returned for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All returns must be made within 7 days of order despatch. Piccolina reserves the right not to exchange, credit or refund on sale items.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

All returns must be posted to Piccolina: Level1/42 Cook Rd Marrickville NSW 2204. Please include the receipt and returns/exchange form (comes with your order) with your goods and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour of the original style purchased. Should you wish to exchange for an alternative size or colour please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you. All postage costs will be covered by the customer. Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, a refund will be made crediting your original method of purchase.
